Sleep AMAZING - so grateful for this nighttime ritual
This is seriously the most rested I’ve felt - every time I have a mug before bed I know I’ll be getting quality sleep. It’s a bit pricy, but very worth it. Especially for the ingredients. Having this as a self care wind down ritual has brought me so much peace as well. Thank you!

Omg I am obsessed, I shared with all of my co workers and we are all hooked. I usually don’t like the taste of drinks where you add the powder and it’s honestly amazing, I look forward to drinking it every night before bed
